To coincide with the solo exhibitions of Fredrik Wretman and Apichaya Wanthiang, B\u00e5dan Caf\u00e9 & Konditori presents a specially created exhibition pastry inspired by the artists\u2019 shared connection to Thailand. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The pastry has been created by Artipelag\u2019s pastry chefs at B\u00e5dan Konditori and draws inspiration from the artists\u2019 ties to Thailand. The flavours reflect influences from Thai cuisine, featuring notes of passion fruit, tangor and lemongrass.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The pastry consists of yoghurt mousse with passion fruit cream, browned butter sponge cake, and a whipped tangor ganache flavoured with lemongrass, finished with a yoghurt coating.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
