The Christmas food is made from scratch here at Artipelag or delivered by local producers on V\u00e4rmd\u00f6 and the surrounding area. We smoke our fish and meat in Artipelag’s smokery, we pickle our herring ourselves, and Artipelag’s loaves are baked using barley malt from V\u00e4rmd\u00f6 Brewery. Anything that we can’t find here on V\u00e4rmd\u00f6, we bring in from elsewhere in Sweden or wider Scandinavia.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
